I've been really enjoying this game for the last week, and have subscribed to your patreon recently. I've been looking through earlier posts and saw a very nice traditional Korean outfit. Any chance that something like it will turn up in game? I'm totally intending to go for a traditional Korean name when it comes time to change Ethan. Is Ethan mixed heritage? I don't think I've noticed it being spelled out.
I should have said something about this game sooner. I've been following it since one of the very first releases, and the quality of the writing is absolutely bonkers. For context, I've played a lot of transformation games - I would assume that you have too, and I've seen a lot of the good and the bad of those games. It truly feels like A Mirror's Curse builds off of all of the other games of it's type. (For example I assume there's huge YTLAG inspo here). But yet it supersedes them in many ways, most notably by being unabashedly wholesome. Most TFGames are pretty fetishy, and that ultimately does a huge disservice to one of the primary, though likely unintended audiences, that being trans people. I guess that's to say, it genuinely does feel like this game was made for me, and I don't know if I'll ever make a game like this myself - I've certainly tried, but if I do, at the very least, I'll have one more place to look. Also, the rate you push out new updates is genuinely insanely impressive. You show more dedication to this game then I've shown for any of my AO3 fanfic (mentioning that is maybe unnecessary but idk), and I wish I could support you, but... I'm broke. Maybe one day. I just want you to know I'm really thankful for this!

You're a hecking witch, there's a scene in this game where just releasing your pent up mana fucking bends trees, you could bend this mans fucking spine.
Currently, there are 15 transformation points in the free version, and the best way to find out how to get them is by watching the walkthrough in the social section of this page.
It just seems that one transformation point is missing from the walkthrough: on the 2nd day, if you choose "Brush your hair again" as your first choice, you’ll get 1 transformation point.
Thanks! On a somewhat unrelated note, I think there's a minor issue where with the portrait, when it's on the undergarment setting, if your currently wearing a bra it won't show up.
I reached the neutral ending and started crying. I am genderfluid, and played the game the way I lived during that era; curious, changing, but resistant to my own growing sense of something more. And I've stayed basically closeted as cis since then, too. It hit hard, but in a well-written way, not like a cheap shot.
I will play again, and make sure to allow more change to avoid that ending, because I want to see more. But in the now, I feel seen in a bittersweet way.

man im kinda upset i spent hours on my playthrough but got the neutral ending and had to restart from the beginning. I liked the route I was on but I wasn't exclusively going for girly options and I think its kind of lame to be forced into a cis route just because i dont want to play "critter crossing" grrr let me be a transfem tomboy

I just fell in love with the story and characters, and this is my new favorite! (Get out of the way Within Our Eyes)
I just wanted to give some thoughts:
First a note, I am playing on a REALLY old apple device, so issues I have may be due to that.
Playing the game at normal zoom levels is impossible. Not an issue, just a statement. Honestly I’m fine with it, it helps with my eye problems to have a smaller display.
Also a bug I expirenced on day 14, after the date with Jordan, and opening up fully to the mom:
Same thing with dark mode on bc yellow text
The issue did fix itself while taking screenshots, but I decided it’s better you are aware that it happened at all.
Now to my thoughts on the game itself:
First, Jordan…
When I first met him, I hated him.
But after the school theater encounter, I realized he had a little more depth than I thought.
Then after the weekend theater encounter and date afterwords, I am obsessed!

The game is meant to be played vertically on mobile. Also, I think you must have a very old phone considering the icons don't show up! I'm afraid I don't think I can do anything about that.

I just realized the icons weren’t visible. I do have a really old phone, but that’s not the issue (this time lmao) the icons are normally visible, and had disappeared after undoing like 6 choices.
I prefer playing horizontally, as I’m using safari and just request desktop page instead, it makes itch.up so much easier to use!
That issue isn’t uncommon or unique, I see that a lot, so it’s definitely my end.
TBH with how much art is in this game, and with all the variations you can have, I was really worried it used AI images but (from what it seems, anyway) it's all original art made by like a dozen folks, it's actually really impressive!
The writing is great too, though there are moments you can kinda tell it's a work in progress, and some parts might do well with a second pass at some point, it's still very enjoyable to read and way better than I expected going in, it also manages to cover some of the less SFW aspects of transitioning, without coming across like a fetish project, which is very appreciated
Yeah, I think a few backgrounds remain that were made with AI from the very first release of this game, when it had no budget. I'm working to replace them ASAP. Other than that, it's all human! Costs me an arm and a leg, but I do think it's worth it.
Absolutely Incredible. I might have accidentally stayed up til 2 30 reading it all in one sitting. I had a big dumb grin on my face for a lot of it, especially the scenes with Jessica. Looking forward to more!
The game literaly consumed me for the last few days, the writing is golden, characters likable and art cute. While i assume i'm not the target audience as bisexual cis male, being able to make him a perfect femine femboy was amazing and i hope that i would be able to one day when the game is finished do just that. On the other hand i did a full feme protag save too and it is also fun even if i can not see myself as much in that version of protagonist XD. TLDR great game, with good writing worth any money
Some browsers delete it between updates and some don't. I don't really know why. As far as I know, saves are in your browser's local storage. You can always export your saves and then import them again!
Just in case you don't know, the line "You cross your arms. "You asked me to help you."" on day 14 the color of the statement is blue instead of purple, nothing bad about that but slightly confusing at first

I’m not sure if it’s part of the hidden assets, but in 0.23, if you’re in the Fashion Club, you can get an exclusive blue dress.
The other hidden assets will be available starting from 0.24.

There is a save button on the top right. Twine (the game's engine) doesn't support save on exit.
